Retail Support Coordinator

A varied role which plays an integral part in the support we offer to our retail estate. This often includes working closely with other departments as well as key stakeholders and individuals from across the business. The aim of Retail Operations team is to manage and streamline where possible all task and communication intended for Retail and therefore requires a proactive and positive approach.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsible for developing reports for the group (mainly DFS and Sofa Workshop). Investigating and querying collated data and industry trends. Providing expert advice on where process improvements and cost savings can be made. Training others to be self sufficient in using the systems. Oversee the deployment of new data sets.

Commercial Coordinator

To coordinate pricing and reporting elements of the commercial team. Network planning and distribution, in line with aircraft availability and seasonal passenger demand. Continuation of revenue management. Provide system training.

Business & Pricing Support Analyst

Revenue management of the scheduled network. Agree and implement pricing decisions, build and distribute scheduled network. Support other teams from a commercial point of view.

Team Manager – Manual Billing Team

Responsible for reducing the outstanding queries, streamline processes and assisting staff with their training and personal development.

Billing Analyst – Manual Billing Team

Manually create an accurate invoice for large high profile customers. Ensure deadlines are met and backlog is kept to a minimum.

Multi-site Analyst – Priority Complaints Team

Resolve aged complaints in a timely manner and to the customers satisfaction. Ensure internal database is updated as well as the national database and third party companies in relation to meter serial numbers and location.

Customer support – Gas Billing Team

Liaise with the customer to resolve account queries. Ensure internal departments and national databases are informed of ongoing issues.

Benefit investigation assistant

Assist the benefits officer on the investigation of potential benefit fraud. Coordinate and attend high risk site visit . Investigate public letters of suspicions.
